  Rick and his whole team are wonderful. My husband passed away in December, Rick and his wife came to his funeral. His office sent a beautiful card. Rick has sent a couple of cards and called just to see how I am doing. His girls are so nice whenever I call with questions. They totally changed all our policies into my name so I didn't have to worry about it.

  The Rick Brockett Agency is like one "big" happy family. We have been a client of Rick's for many many years and we stay with the Brockett Agency because of the friendly service and how knowledgeable the staff is. Rick Brockett, himself, always has time for you, He never puts you off. He will take as much time with you as needed to solve a problem. They always want to try and save you money on your insurance needs and go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what is best for you in coverage and for the best price. They really do care about you. They are a great staff, from Ashley who would be the first you see when walking in the door, to Teresa, and Sue. They are "johnny on the spot" when it comes to claim service, which I feel is of great importance, as you don't realize how important insurance is until you need it.
